About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive Intern who will be responsible for handling and resolving customer queries through calls, chats, emails, and Zoom meetings. If you enjoy communicating with people, solving problems, and want to build a career in customer service, this role is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, chats, emails, and Zoom calls.
  • Understand customer issues and provide quick and effective solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone while interacting with customers.
  • Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions.
  • Maintain daily reports and update information in CRM tools.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
