Key Responsibilities: - Conducting recruitment activities to source and attract interns for various positions in Sales, Digital Marketing, and Social Media. - Managing digital marketing campaigns to promote internship opportunities and attract potential candidates. - Handling social media platforms to engage with potential candidates and showcase Radiant Gain as an attractive employer. - Assisting in client acquisition by supporting the sales team and participating in lead generation efforts. - Performing various administrative tasks to support the recruitment process and ensure a seamless experience for candidates.
