International Voice - Sagility

As an International Voice at Sagility, you will be responsible for providing tech-enabled BPM services to clients in the healthcare sector. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Answering and resolving inbound telephone calls related to medical products, services, benefits, claims, eligibility, and non-clinical Utilization Management issues. - Transferring calls related to the company's products and services other than medical. - Supporting centralized fax administration process by conducting necessary research and document production to resolve customer inquiries satisfactorily. - Authenticating customer and healthcare professionals" information by verifying details in the system. - Documenting all relevant information accurately in the client's system. - Utilizing available resources to address healthcare professionals" concerns effectively. - Maintaining professionalism and positive relationships with team members, internal, and external customers. - Validating and organizing received information for accessibility within the organization. - Participating in online training provided by the US counterpart for updates.
