International Voice - Sagility

As an International Voice at Sagility, you will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality care across the healthcare system by answering and resolving inbound telephone calls related to medical products and services. Your duties and responsibilities include: - Answering inbound calls regarding benefit, claim, or eligibility inquiries, as well as non-clinical Utilization Management issues from Doctors/Hospitals. - Transferring calls related to the company's products and services other than medical. - Supporting centralized fax administration process for outgoing faxes to resolve customer inquiries. - Authenticating customer and healthcare professional information for accuracy. - Documenting all relevant information from calls in the client's system. - Utilizing available resources to resolve healthcare professionals" concerns. - Maintaining professionalism and positive relationships with team members and customers. - Validating and organizing received information for appropriate distribution within the organization. - Participating in online training sessions for updates provided by US counterpart.
