Job Description

International Voice Process (C1 English Proficiency Required)

Company Name:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers (US/UK markets)
Resolve product or service-related queries in a clear and concise manner
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professional communication standards
Achieve performance targets including AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.
Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution

Candidate Requirements:

C1 Level English Proficiency
(Fluent verbal and written communication)
Prior experience in international BPO/voice process preferred
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to work night shifts / rotational shifts
Familiarity with CRM tools & basic computer proficiency
Minimum educational qualification: Graduate or equivalent
