As a Customer Service Executive at HCL Tech, you will serve as a customer service executive, resolving customer queries in line with client and business guidelines. You should possess excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - along with a professional telephone etiquette. Being helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic about customer service is key to excelling in this role. Your responsibilities will include answering all inbound queries following the call flow procedure, adhering to processes to ensure high-quality customer service, and escalating issues as per the escalation procedures when necessary. Achieving first call resolution and maintaining schedule adherence are crucial aspects of the role. You will also be involved in motivational activities and implementing feedback received during monitoring sessions. Moreover, updating various logs such as the escalation log and complaint tracker, as well as ensuring data security for the proprietary data of customers, will be part of your daily tasks. Individuals with experience in handling inbound calls from US customers, preferably in the banking domain, are encouraged to apply for this position.
