We are urgently hiring International Voice Process Executives for one of our esteemed clients in Pune.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for motivated and articulate Technical Support Executives with a background in international voice processes. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound technical queries from international customers (UK-based).
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone support.
• Guide customers through effective solutions.
• Accurately document all customer interactions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in international voice process (mandatory)
• Education: 12th Pass (HSC)
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Experience in technical/customer support voice roles preferred
• Comfortable working in UK shift timings
