International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Maintain call logs, records, and reports as required.
  • Follow communication guidelines and process workflows.
  • Meet performance targets including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (as per company requirement).
  • Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in

    rotational shifts

    and take rotational week offs.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
