Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, and troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.

Designation: International Voice Process

Preferring Immediate joiners.

Shift: Night Shift

Week off: Saturday & Sunday.

Free Cab: Two-way pickup & drop available with free of cost.

Location: Chennai & Coimbatore
