Provide excellent customer service and support with a problem-solving mindset. Update customer information accurately in the system. Meet performance metrics and adhere to quality standards. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work in a night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST). Fresher graduates are welcome to apply. Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process (preferred). Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
