As an International Voice Process Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our international clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently through inbound and outbound voice calls. - Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers. - Ensuring prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries. - Maintaining high call quality standards and adhering to process compliance. - Documenting call information accurately and following up as needed. - Meeting or exceeding daily productivity and quality targets. - Working night shifts and adapting to a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English. - Neutral accent, good pronunciation, and active listening skills. - Ability to interact with international customers with empathy and patience. - Basic computer proficiency and typing skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Team player with the ability to meet targets effectively. Qualifications required for this position: - Education: Any graduate or Diploma holder. - Experience: 0 to 3 years in International Voice Process or BPO is preferred. - Willingness to work night shifts in US, UK, or Australian time zones. - Immediate joiners are preferred.
