Position Overview

International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

Engage with international customers through voice calls, providing them with information and assistance regarding our services.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Utilize effective verbal communication skills to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on product knowledge.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
Prior experience in a voice process role is preferred but not mandatory; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to work night shifts in an on-site environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
