Job Title: International Health care Voice Process / International Collections Process Location: Powai, Bhayander, Thane Employment Type: Full-Time/US Shift Customer Service – International Voice Process Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound international calls. Resolve customer queries effectively while maintaining high service quality. Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to handle international customers with professionalism. Prior BPO/voice process experience preferred Freshers are also welcome Salary Package: 25K to 45K International Collections Voice – First Party & Third Party Process Responsibilities: Contact customers for payment reminders (first party) or on behalf of clients (third party). Negotiate and secure timely payments. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities. Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Experience in collections process is an advantage. Only Experienced Candidates preferred. Salary Package: Different salary slabs for First Party & Third Party collections (as per experience & process).
