Job Description

Key responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries and complaints. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team. Achieve individual and team performance targets for metrics like customer satisfaction and productivity. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.  Required qualifications and skills Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.  Customer service: A strong customer service orientation and the ability to empathize with customers are essential.  Problem-solving: Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are necessary to address customer issues effectively.  Technical proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are required.  Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
