International Voice Calling Specialist

As an International Voice Calling Specialist based in Tirupur/Coimbatore, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls with international clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure timely, efficient, and professional communication with prospects and customers. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, provide product information, and effectively resolve any issues that may arise. Utilizing your expert calling skills, you will work towards converting leads into opportunities through cold calling, proactive follow-ups, and adeptly handling client queries. In collaboration with the sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying key prospects and nurturing potential clients through targeted voice interactions. It will be essential to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client communications and interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless coordination. Moreover, you will be expected to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling the company's services during calls to maximize client engagement and revenue generation. The shift timings for this role are from 4 AM to 2 PM, following the Australian Shift time zone.
