You will be working in an International Voice Process for Customer Support (Non-Sales) specifically handling queries related to Air India bookings and travel services. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound international customer queries with professionalism and empathy - Providing accurate information to customers - Maintaining high service standards - Ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on queries or complaints - Adhering to company policies and compliance requirements To excel in this role, you should have excellent verbal communication skills in English, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a customer-centric attitude, and basic computer proficiency. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this position. The salary for this role is as follows: - Fresher: 25,000 CTC - 1 Year Experience: Up to 30,000 In-Hand (Non-CTC) In addition to the salary, you will also receive benefits such as commuter assistance, flexible schedule, provided food, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is full-time, permanent, and for freshers. Please note that the work location is in Noida, Sector 62, Uttar Pradesh.
