International Voice Process – Customer Support (Non-Sales) Process: Air India Working Days: 5 Days Experience Required: Fresher to 1 Year Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate Location: Noida, Sec 62 Salary Details Fresher: ₹25,000 CTC 1 Year Experience: Up to ₹30,000 In-Hand (Non-CTC) Key Responsibilities Handle inbound international customer queries related to Air India bookings, rescheduling, and other travel services. Provide accurate information and support with professionalism and empathy. Maintain high service standards in line with international expectations. Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on queries or complaints. Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English (International standards) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric attitude and patience Basic computer proficiency Training will be provided.
