Provide accurate information and support with professionalism and empathy. Maintain high service standards in line with international expectations. Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on queries or complaints. Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English (International standards) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric attitude and patience Basic computer proficiency Training will be provided.
