International Travel Consultant

Designs and books custom international trips, acting as a client's primary contact for all travel needs, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities. Understand client preferences and budgets, research destinations, secure bookings, provide detailed itineraries, and offer guidance on visas, travel advisories, and local customs to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation:
Connect with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, destination interests, budget, and specific requirements.

Research & Planning:
Investigate destinations, accommodations, and transportation options to find the best value and experience for the client.

Itinerary Creation:
Develop detailed, customized travel plans, including flights, hotel bookings, sightseeing, and other activities.

Booking & Reservations:
Make bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.

Documentation Guidance:
Provide information on necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, and assist clients with the application process.

Advisory Services:
Inform clients about travel advisories, weather conditions, local customs, and travel insurance options.

Budget Management:
Help clients maximize their budget by finding deals and discounts.

Customer Support:
Offer ongoing support during the trip, assisting with issues like cancellations or delays.

Feedback Collection:
Gather client feedback after their trip to improve services and ensure satisfaction.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate client records, including payments, invoices, and other booking details.

Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and new tourism technologies.
