As an International Tour Package Sales Executive, your role involves promoting, selling, and customizing international travel packages to individual travelers, families, and corporate clients. You will need excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for travel. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Promoting and selling international tour packages through various channels such as phone, email, in-person consultations, and digital platforms. - Understanding customer travel needs and recommending suitable travel options including destinations, itineraries, accommodations, activities, and transportation. - Providing detailed information about visa requirements, travel insurance, currency exchange, and cultural insights. - Preparing and sending quotes, itineraries, and booking confirmations accurately and on time. - Coordinating with suppliers, airlines, and local agents to arrange travel services and ensure smooth execution of trips. - Maintaining client relationships through excellent after-sales support and follow-ups. - Achieving individual and team sales targets and reporting performance metrics regularly. - Staying updated on travel trends, competitor packages, and emerging destinations. - Handling customer queries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales, preferably with international tour packages.
