Your role will involve promoting, selling, and customizing international travel packages for individual travelers, families, and corporate clients. Excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for travel are essential for this position. Responsibilities include promoting and selling tour packages through various channels, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable travel options, providing detailed information on travel requirements, preparing and sending quotes accurately and on time, coordinating travel services with suppliers, airlines, and local agents, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, staying updated on travel trends, and handling customer queries and complaints efficiently. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in travel sales with a focus on international tour packages, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of global travel destinations, effective selling and negotiation abilities, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays during peak seasons.
