We are hiring experienced sales professionals for the pilot batch of our North American Sales Process, based in Jaipur. This is a full-time, work-from-office role with an opportunity to work with a leading global technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Microsoft 365 subscriptions and solutions to North American customers via voice and chat support
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans
• Convert leads into successful sales and paid subscriptions
• Educate customers on product features and benefits
• Meet assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate or Undergraduate from any stream
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (international or domestic)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week offs
• Willingness to relocate to Jaipur (mandatory)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on experience and performance)
