Job Summary:
24/7.ai is hiring Spanish-speaking Customer Care Executives for voice/chat/email support. Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries in Spanish & English
• Provide accurate resolutions & maintain quality
• Document interactions & follow company processes
• Work in rotational shifts

Requirements:

• Spanish & English proficiency (B2 level mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills
• Graduate/Undergraduate accepted
• Customer-centric & able to work under pressure
