Job Description: International Semi-Voice Process

We are hiring for an International Semi-Voice Process role in Manyata Tech Park. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are either freshers or have some prior experience in an international voice process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a mix of inbound and outbound customer interactions, including both voice and non-voice channels (e.g., email, chat).
• Provide professional and efficient support to international customers.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: We are open to both Undergraduates and Graduates.
• Experience: Candidates must be a fresher or have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an international voice process.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Skills: Strong listening skills, good comprehension, and a customer-centric attitude.
• Adaptability: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Job Details

• Location: Manyata Tech Park
• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Salary:

Experience: Up to ₹25,000 in hand, with allowances up to ₹8,000.
Fresher: Upto to ₹22,000 in hand, with allowances up to ₹8,000.

• Transport: Two-way cab transport is provided.
