Role & responsibilities

We're seeking a male candidate with an MBA in Marketing, aged 30-35, with experience in the battery industry.

A leading player in the battery manufacturing industry, focused on providing high-performance and innovative energy storage solutions. Products serve a wide range of industries, from electric vehicles (EVs) to renewable energy storage and more. 

Job Overview: The Vice President of Sales will play a crucial role in the growth and expansion of our battery manufacturing business. This senior leadership role requires a candidate with an MBA in Marketing, with around 10 years of experience, who is between 30-35 years of age and has significant experience in the battery industry, specifically in business development and sales management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both domestic and international markets and have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term strategic initiatives while managing a team of 5-7 sales professionals across multiple geographies.

*Relocation assistance to Chandigarh will be provided to the selected candidate, if required.

Education: MBA in Marketing or related field (required).
• Experience:o Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles in the battery manufacturing industry .o Proven experience in leading sales teams, with a focus on both domestic and international markets.o Strong business development experience, particularly in high-growth markets and emerging technologies.

• Skills:o Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.o Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive results in a competitive, fast-paced environment.o Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.o Analytical mind-set with the ability to make data-driven decisions.o Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
