As an outbound sales representative, your role will involve making international calls to promote product sales and drive new business development through cold calling. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating databases and reports of prospects, as well as consolidating the existing customer base while expanding it with new customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring continuous follow-up with customers, handling their needs and requirements effectively, and responding to inquiries to provide satisfactory resolutions. Additionally, you will assist and support the sales head in managing customer requests and needs. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in outbound sales would be an advantage The company operates on a full-time basis during US shifts, with the work location being in person.
