Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned international markets
Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients abroad
Achieve sales targets and expand market share for Genaides pharmaceutical products internationally
Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging trends
Visit overseas markets as needed to manage relationships, conduct negotiations, and understand regulatory environments
Collaborate with internal teams (regulatory, marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution of export orders
Participate in international trade fairs, conferences, and exhibitions to represent Genaides portfolio
Oversee the negotiation and closure of commercial agreements with international partners
Monitor compliance with international regulatory standards and company policies
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review

Required Experience & Skills

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
3-5 years of hands-on international sales experience in the Pellets Sales only
Proven record of sales growth and new business acquisition outside India
Mandatory experience of having visited and actively worked in at least one international market
Deep understanding of international regulatory requirements and export procedures in pharmaceutical business
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally as required
