Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned international markets
  • Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients abroad
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share for Genaides pharmaceutical products internationally
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging trends
  • Visit overseas markets as needed to manage relationships, conduct negotiations, and understand regulatory environments
  • Collaborate with internal teams (regulatory, marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution of export orders
  • Participate in international trade fairs, conferences, and exhibitions to represent Genaides portfolio
  • Oversee the negotiation and closure of commercial agreements with international partners
  • Monitor compliance with international regulatory standards and company policies
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of hands-on international sales experience in the Pellets Sales only
  • Proven record of sales growth and new business acquisition outside India
  • Mandatory experience of having visited and actively worked in at least one international market
  • Deep understanding of international regulatory requirements and export procedures in pharmaceutical business
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English; Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
