International Sales Manager-B2B SaaS (US Shift)

You will be joining Taqtics, a leading B2B cloud-based platform that offers a suite of SaaS products to optimize daily store operations for Retail and Restaurant brands globally. Trusted by 50+ renowned brands like Nike, FabIndia, KFC, Pizza Hut, and more, Taqtics is focused on driving operational excellence at scale across 19+ countries. As an International Sales Manager (US Shift) in this role, your responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end international sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. - Identifying and engaging decision-makers in retail and restaurant chains in North America and other global markets. - Conducting product demos and effectively communicating our value proposition. - Building strong relationships with prospects and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline. - Collaborating with marketing and product teams to incorporate market feedback. - Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue targets. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Minimum 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in international or North American markets. - Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, demonstrating clarity, confidence, and professionalism. - Proficiency in solution selling and consultative sales techniques. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about making a global impact. - Willingness to work from the Bangalore office in the US (EST) shift, Monday to Friday.
