Quota Achievement: Close sales and consistently achieve monthly quotas. Reporting & Tracking: Utilize databases, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects. Report weekly sales goals and objectives to the manager. Client Relationship: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction. Training: Attend training sessions to stay updated on new product specifications and service offerings. Outbound Sales Requirements and Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in Outbound Sales. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Active listening, confidence, and a soft-spoken demeanor. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
