What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales Team

• Timings:

  5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (US Shift)

• Working Days:

  Monday to Friday

• Location:

  On-site (Mohali)

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–12 months of international voice/calling experience (BPO is a big plus!)
• Excellent

  spoken and written English

• Strong customer service & negotiation skills
• Confidence in handling tele-sales in a global environment
• Bonus points if you know a thing or two about logistics or freight brokerage!
• Bachelor's degree preferred (but not a dealbreaker if you’ve got the skills)

• Are okay with working night shifts from our Mohali office
