International Sales Executive - Inbound CC

You will be joining our team as an Affinity Marketing Campaign Agent for an inbound call campaign. Your role will involve handling incoming customer inquiries and promoting Affinity Marketing plans, with a primary focus on converting at least 5% of inbound calls into successful Affinity Marketing. As an ideal candidate, you are a confident communicator, quick to understand customer needs, and motivated to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls professionally, providing information on our Affinity Marketing programs, understanding customer requirements, resolving inquiries, promoting suitable Affinity Marketing options, maintaining a strong understanding of campaign offers, benefits, and pricing, achieving a minimum 5% conversion rate from inbound interactions, accurately updating CRM or internal systems with call details, feedback, and outcomes, following compliance, quality, and sales guidelines at all times, and collaborating with the team to provide input on call trends or customer concerns. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or customer service (inbound/outbound), with experience in Affinity Marketing campaigns considered a plus. Strong communication skills in English are required, with multilingual abilities being an advantage. You should have a proven ability or a strong willingness to meet conversion targets, basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CRM tools or dialers, adaptability to handle high call volumes, stay calm under pressure, and adjust to campaign changes. Your performance expectations will include meeting daily call handling quotas as per shift, maintaining or exceeding a 5% conversion rate, adhering to quality assurance standards and call protocols, and maintaining positive customer interactions to support our brand image.
