International Sales Executive Exports

Pack Perfect Pvt. Ltd. (Shyam Nagar, Jaipur) is looking for an experienced International Sales Executive/Manager (Exports) with 4+ years of international B2B sales experience. The role involves generating new business across global markets, managing client relationships, preparing and reviewing export documentation, handling Incoterms 2020compliance, and ensuring timely collections. Candidates must have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills with proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients across MEA, Europe, SEA, and Americas.
• Manage end-to-end B2B export sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Prepare and manage export documents: Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, LC/TT.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms 2020 and international trade requirements.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat orders.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to protect margins.
• Maintain CRM records and provide weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in international sales/exports.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, HS codes, and export compliance.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Target-driven with a proven sales record.
