International Sales Executive / Customer Success Executive

As an Inside Sales / Customer Success Executive, your role involves conducting outbound sales to prospects in international markets such as UK, US, ANZ, EMEA, NZ, AUS, and the Middle East. You will be responsible for driving sales, upselling, and cross-selling to existing customers. Managing the sales pipeline via CRM and achieving targets will be crucial to your success. Collaboration with internal teams for customer onboarding and success is also part of your responsibilities. Ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention is a key aspect of this role. International sales experience is mandatory for this position. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting outbound sales to prospects in international markets - Driving sales, upselling, and cross-selling to existing customers - Managing the sales pipeline via CRM and achieving targets - Collaborating with internal teams for customer onboarding and success - Ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - 1-7 years of experience in inside sales or customer success - Strong communication and selling skills - Experience in international/B2B sales is preferred - Comfortable working in US time zone shifts In addition to the responsibilities and requirements mentioned above, the work location for this position is Hebbal, Bangalore. You will be required to work from the office 5 days a week, with shift timings ranging between 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM on rotational shifts.
