International Sales Executive

As an International Sales Executive in the Export department at Mohali, your role will involve initiating daily outbound calls to prospective clients using your exceptional cold calling expertise. You will be expected to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques. It is essential to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively pitch to potential clients. Your responsibility will also include identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing them through the sales pipeline to conversion, and collaborating closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts. Additionally, you will be required to provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate daily outbound calls to prospective clients with exceptional cold calling expertise. - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of products/services for effective pitching. - Identify and qualify leads, nurturing them through the sales pipeline to conversion. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts. - Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in making successful cold calls, preferably within a sales-driven environment. - Passion for sales and natural ability to engage potential clients over the phone. - Highly self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with the ability to maintain high levels of activity throughout the day. - Work experience in the International Market/Sales. - Commitment to exceeding targets. - Cold calling experience is mandatory; however, freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
