International Sales Executive

As an International Sales Executive in the Export department located in Mohali, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls on a daily basis. Your expertise in cold calling will play a crucial role in this role. It is expected of you to consistently surpass sales targets by effectively communicating and using persuasion techniques. To excel in this position, it is essential to have a deep understanding of our products/services to pitch them effectively to potential clients. You will also be required to identify and qualify leads, guiding them through the sales pipeline until conversion is achieved. Collaboration with the sales team to strategize and enhance sales efforts will be a key part of your role. Providing accurate and timely reports on sales activities and results is vital to monitor progress effectively. Ideal candidates for this role should have a proven track record of successful cold calls in a sales-driven environment. A strong passion for sales and the ability to naturally engage potential clients over the phone are qualities that will set you apart. Being highly self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented are essential traits to maintain high levels of activity throughout the day. Previous work experience in the International Market/Sales sector is preferred. The commitment to exceed targets and experience in cold calling are mandatory, although freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
