Requirements

Apply if you have;

  • Experience with

    Oracle NetSuite

  • Strong

    B2B communication

    skills
  • Experience in a

    finance/accounting environment

  • Understanding of

    basic accounting principles

    (debits/credits, P&L, Balance Sheet)
  • Knowledge of

    accruals and deferments

    (revenue and costs)
  • High accuracy in

    data entry and processing

  • Proficient in

    MS Excel, Outlook, and Word

  • Ability to

    own tasks end-to-end

    and meet

    month-end deadlines

  • Organized, efficient, and a

    strong team player

Principal Accountabilities

  • Sales order input and validation
  • Sales invoicing for

    Products/Services, Contract Renewals, and Recurring Charges

  • Customer PO distribution, tracking, and contract amendments
  • Reporting, reconciliations, and month-end support
  • Resolving invoice queries and processing expense recharges
  • Validating, processing, and coding purchase invoices; maintaining cost-of-sale schedules
  • Managing recurring contract amendments and charge notifications
  • Monitoring allocated email inboxes and maintaining soft-copy documentation
  • Supporting Business Units with finance administration and ad-hoc tasks
