International Program Manager

As a Program Manager at GL, you will play a crucial role within the Program Office of the international delivery operations team, overseeing the end-to-end journey of learners. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the primary point of contact for participants, addressing queries and providing timely support within the scope of program offerings - Cultivating meaningful relationships with participants, understanding their needs, preferences, and delivering personalized experiences - Managing all Program Office responsibilities related to scheduling and delivering program activities such as online sessions, webinars, evaluations, and presentations - Monitoring and intervening in participant performance and engagement to ensure a positive learning experience and successful outcomes - Contributing to organizational development by identifying, developing, and implementing efficient program management processes We are seeking individuals who are passionate about lifelong learning and making a positive impact through education.
