Job Description: As a Senior Tech Sales Associate at Adeeba e-Services, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers experiencing computer issues. Your main tasks will include diagnosing the problems accurately and recommending the most suitable technical support plan, as well as any necessary software to resolve the issues effectively. Your role will involve selling technical support plans while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates Profile: - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively handle customer concerns. - Prior experience in technical sales or customer service is preferred. - Knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques. - Ability to work in UK/US Shift timings.
