International Patient Coordinator

Experience: 2 years +

Language: Fluent in English

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced patient coordinator to lead our International Patients.

• Act as the primary contact for international patients from inquiry to discharge.
• Coordinate appointments, treatments, and documentation across departments.
• Provide clear information on procedures, costs, travel, and accommodation.
• Assist with visa support, admission, discharge, and billing processes.
• Ensure timely communication with doctors and clinical teams.
• Offer culturally sensitive support and maintain patient satisfaction.
• Follow up on post-treatment care, medications, and feedback.
• Support international marketing, partnerships, and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
