International Outsourcing (Associates, Executives, Articles)

Requirements –

• Qualification:
• Graduate (B.Com / BAF , Finance)
• ACCA Appearing / Pursuing / Part-qualified
• Articles / Interns interested in international accounting

• Experience
• Freshers to 2 years (experience in international outsourcing preferred)
• Skills:
• Good understanding of accounting fundamentals
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (mandatory)
• Knowledge of International Accounting Software (Xero/QuickBooks/Zoho) is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
• Ability to handle multiple client deliverables and meet timelines

Responsibilities –

• Handling end-to-end accounting processes for international clients
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Performing bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
• Managing accounts payable/receivable for overseas clients.
• Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping using global accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho) and Tally for local record maintenance.
• Assisting with VAT/GST filings, payroll processing, and compliance as per client jurisdiction.
• Coordinating with international teams for query resolution and timely deliverables.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Performing additional tasks related to finance, reporting, and compliance as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
