Role Overview:As customer Support Associate, you'll provide accurate and timely assistance to customers via chat and Email addressing queries related to services and ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:Handle international customer queries through email and chat.Deliver accurate information while maintaining a courteous tone.Ensure quick and efficient query resolution for customer satisfaction.Work collaboratively with the team to maintain service quality standards.
