Job Description

Role Overview:

The International Medical Admission Officer will guide students and medical professionals in securing admissions for MBBS abroad and PG/Residency programs in multiple countries. The role involves counselling, documentation support, university coordination, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processing.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on MBBS options in countries like Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Serbia, and Philippines.

Guide doctors for PG/Residency pathways in countries like USA, UK, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shortlist universities based on eligibility, budget, and country requirements.

Assist with application forms, documentation, SOPs, and admission processes.

Coordinate with universities and international partners for offers, invoices, and confirmations.

Explain visa processes, timelines, financial requirements, and compliance rules.

Maintain student records, follow-ups, and conversions.

Provide pre-departure guidance and basic travel support.

Requirements

Strong communication and counselling skills.

Knowledge of MBBS / medical education systems abroad (training provided).

Ability to multitask and handle students professionally.

Graduate degree preferred; experience in education or healthcare is an added advantage.Role & responsibilities
