We are currently looking for Customer Service Executives / Technical Support Executives to join our Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) in US Shift. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues, diagnosing problems, and recommending suitable solutions to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for selling technical support plans and relevant software.
