Job Description: As an International Customer Support representative based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints efficiently and in a timely manner. Your primary role will involve resolving customer issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to effectively interact with customers in an international setting. Prior work experience is not mandatory as freshers are welcome to apply. Backlogs in academic records up to 12th grade are also acceptable. This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 along with cab facility for night shifts. The interview process will be conducted virtually.
