Job Description

Our technology services client is seeking multiple *Job Title* to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role:


Role: International Customer Success Associate

Experience: 1 Year

Location: Gurugram

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
  • Ensure end-to-end resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high service quality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards and expectations.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Graduate (Preferably from a technical background)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in an international voice process/customer support role
  • Language Proficiency: A1 level in English


Communication Skills:

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI)
  • Clear grammar and pronunciation
