International Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication of service expectations within our company. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your interactions with customers will directly impact their perception of our organization. You should possess excellent communication skills to excel in this role. The work involves rotational shifts and will be carried out from our office location with a five-day working schedule. Additionally, we provide transportation with cabs available on both sides for your convenience. Please note that the age limit for this position is up to 35 years.
