Role & responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, modifications, and changes to their travel plans.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and exceed service level expectations.

  • Document and track customer interactions in the system for follow-ups and reporting purposes.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and processes while delivering services.
