As a Monitor and Coach Associate at our company located in Shriram Gateway, Perungulathur, Chennai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the communication and soft skills of our agents meet the highest standards. With a required experience of 0.5-5 years and the flexibility to work in US Shift Timings (Rotational), you will be instrumental in shaping the performance of our team. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor calls and emails based on communication and soft skills sampling plans. - Coach agents on grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress, and other English language aspects. - Provide consistent coaching and feedback to improve employee performance. - Support floor training initiatives to enhance overall team skills.
