• Proactively generate leads across international markets through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry databases.
• Qualify leads, set up meetings, and pitch Ceuticoz product portfolio to potential distributors, partners, and retailers
• Drive the business development cycle from initial outreach to contract closure, coordinating internally with accounts, product, and operations teams.
• Maintain and update lead pipelines, track progress, and provide regular status reports
• Conduct preliminary market intelligence (distributor landscape, basic competitor checks, price positioning) to support informed decisions.
• Ensure smooth handover of signed contracts and first orders to the internal account and product teams.
• Support in nurturing newly signed distributors during the early phase of partnership. This includes follow-ups on first orders, addressing routine queries, sharing product and marketing materials, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
