International Business Development - Regulated Markets (Pharma Exp)

We at Unison Pharma are hiring in International Business Development for Regulated markets - Europe/ Canada/ Australia/ New Zealand/ South Africa.

Position: Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager
Location: Head Office - Ahmedabad (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

• Approach new customers - send introduction and business inquiries
• Identify potential client by reviewing IMS/ Linkedin/Exim data for assigned territory of European countries
• Prepare customer specific target molecules by analyzing their current portfolio and past interested projects
• Regular follow up to ensure response
• Client relationship management to ensure current and future business opportunities

Lead Management:

• Sending cost request to finance based on forecast
• Co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders for required inputs.
• Share commercial proposal to customer
• Negotiation with customer on prices and other terms of the proposal

2. CMO

• Ensure coordination between Customer and our CFTs for smooth execution of the project
• Hosting telecons with both internal & external stake holders to facilitate the discussion on gap analysis / challenges
• Coordinate with internal stake holders for timely completion of feasibility trails, validation batches and commercial batches

3. Out-licensing

• Arrange the product-wise SOW (Scope of Work) which majorly includes milestones payment, product forecast & associated development cost.
• Tracking of projects & arranging stake holders feedback / approval where-ever necessary
• Follow up internally for additional cost incurred & negotiating with customer for absorbing the same
• Creating milestone / pass thru cost invoices, sharing with customers & follow up on payments

4. Market intelligence and data analysis

• Study IMS/EXIM data and generate market potential summary for selected/new products by SBU head - reg market

Market Analysis

• Keep a track of MA of our inhouse products for specific territories to get idea of covered customers
• Keep updates on market trends, molecule specific news
• Analysis IMS, Exim data for molecule trends
