Role & responsibilities • Research and generate lists of potential customers. • Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature. • Develop and implement International business development strategies to expand the company customer base and increase revenue. • Identify and pursue new International business opportunities, such as partnerships, alliances, and collaborations. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Manage the International sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation. • Work closely with the product development team to ensure that customer feedback and market trends are incorporated into product design and development. • Monitor International sales and revenue performance against targets and adjust business development strategies as needed. • Provide regular reports and updates on International business development activities to senior management. • Selling & demonstrating services to International clients or other businesses in Healthcare Domain. • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
